Lightning Dragon Punch and Lightning Kick are fine, approved.
Lightning Dragon's Roar you can't inhale the air from another players attack/spell. Just to be clear.
Dark Blades is fine but you can't fully paralyze someone, you can slow them down for a post or two.
Fang of The Lightning Dragon is fine.
Lightning Dragon's Body is not approved, immunity is tricky and since you made this a d rank and you fight d rank players you are basically metagaming/God posting. You can have it so you can block an incoming attack and take no damage but it would be limited to once a battle.

Okay.
Again with Dark Blades you can't paralyze anyone, just slow them down.
Lightning Dragon's Body you didn't really state what that does, please edit to be more clear.
