General Description: Lazarus is about medium build is actually not that muscular but still as a somewhat athletic build. His teeth are pure white and he can be seen wearing his traditional colors that he usually wears which are blue and white with a gold trim somewhere on the outfit that he wearing which consist of a collared shirt and a neck piece for it. He has long blonde hair that is constantly in his face and blue eyes that feel as if you are looking in the middle of the deepest blue ocean. He has a tattoo of the guild that he is in on the back of his neck with the tattoo being that of blue Pegasus. His skin is white with a slight tan and he keeps his hair parted with each side going on either part of his face but still can get into his eyes. He has slashes on his back that signify a part of his childhood.

Personality: Lazarus has the personality of some one who has a past that he would like to speak of but as well has the ability to be the most fun person who can light up a room with his smile. He tends to tell jokes every now and again but most of the time can be seen either reading a book or smiling at the girl who walks by giving him a smile that he feels he can reciprocate and maybe make something out of it. He likes to make music and show people i good time but also knows that their are times to be serious and as such he can change his attitude from nice and kind to ruthless and unforgiving if there happens to be such an occasion that may call for it. He is always thinking of new ideas and new ways to make the people around him smile and you might be able to find him at some types of parties or gathering depending on if he is feeling up to it or not which in that aspect most of the time he is ready to hang out with the people he does not hate enough to call them friends though there are rare moment where he would not like to be bothered and would easily snap at someone who dare not obey that rule and disrespect him. His overall mood is fun loving and chill. It really all depends on the day that you catch him as to whether or not he will be ready to either talk to you or rip your head off for no reason.

Magic: Ice Dragon Slayer
Description: Ice dragon slayer is one of the lost arts that have been bestowed on a select few individuals who have gotten lucky to have either been trained by a dragon or been implanted with a lacrima that gives them the same feeling ability to use mage as the trained mages. This magic allows the user to use a variety of powerful ice magics as well as the ability to consume the ice element if they are strong enough.

Advantages: The advantages of this magic are those that allow it to weaken spells that use the element of either metal or nature as those magics have a less than favorable disadvantage against the magic of ice. Another strength that comes with this specific form of ice magic is the ability to slow the opponents or victims of this type of magic by 25 percent should they be unfortunate enough to be hit by a spell using the magic of the ice dragon slayer.

Disadvantages: While this magic has its own advantages it also has to come with disadvantages that make it costly to use. Fire magic can easily cause this magic to be put in a vice grip as the fire is able to take away the structure of the spells that come with it and break them down into being not effective or not as effective. Water magic is also weak to this magic as it turns the ice from solid to snow like making it less than useful should it come into contact with water.

Background History: The moon was taking the place of the sun on this day and for good reason as it reflected the mood of the small town of Ajela. This town was in the middle of a rebellion as the king and the court had been in the middle of a righteous outbreak of anarchy and rebellion courtesy of an unknown group of people who wished to ruin the day and make a name for themselves by destroying the tranquility of the royal family. The king decided to defeat the mages on his own and as such left to defeat the enemy. Little did he know, there were members of the organization who resided with in his very own court and had come to kill his eldest son who was just turning 13. The kid was very new in the abilities of magic primarily because most of the court had been unable to teach him new magics and he had only one of his own which was regular ice magic. The anarchists broke into his chambers but what they found in their was an ice bomb courtesy of the angst teen they had come in their to kill. The bomb froze them down to the bone killing them instantly and Lazarus had taken the words of his father to get away from the castle an make sure that he would be able to escape as that was all he needed his son to do.The young ice mage walked through the forest to the right of the castle and had noticed that he had not followed but he also had not brought really anything else that he was able to use in order to keep his body moving causing fatigue to set in immediately causing him to lose consciousness. Lazarus awoke within the den of a very elder creature. It was a dragon that went by the name of Rhaegos. The dragon found him in the wood and took pity on him but as he watched the mage sleep he saw something that he thought had been lost from a human in a long time The spark of ambition. Because of this, the dragon trained the mage for years teaching him the magic of the ice dragon slayer. The mage awoke from his training and left the den of the dragon so that he may show the world the abilities that had been long since forgotten. Lazarus arrived at the blue Pegasus guild as this was the closest guild near the den and also where the dragon pointed him to go. He was ready to show the world the true power of the once though lost arts of dragon slayer magic. He came to the guild for what would be seen as to be a prayer for the guild but others would view him as an outcast but Lazarus came for more than that. He came to rebuild a shattered reality and those who believed in him with that being his dragon father the abilities that he taught him would not in fact go to waste.

-First Generation Dragon Slayers learn their magic directly from the dragon itself. In your case, you would have had to been taught by Rhaegos, yet there is no mention of even meeting her let alone training under her. Please expand on your history so that you actually meet and train under the dragon.
