Beautiful Charlotte [Exceed]

So since I didn't find any other place to put it, I figured it would but it here. Let me know if I need to place it somewhere else. Btw, Lilthal made the character. Don't tell her she's a great artist, it'll go to her head and I'll never hear the end of it.

Name: Beautiful Charlotte (Goes by just Charlotte or even Kitty)

Gender:  Male
Height: 1 foot tall
Appearance: Charlotte has black fur with pink eyes and pink eyelashes. He wears white pants with a purple sash and a matching white and purple jacket. He also has a bow on his right ear.
Abilities:

- Aera: Charlotte’s Aera magic allows him to sprout large angelic wings from his back. While flying, he can carry one passenger at a time.

- Mach 6: By using magic power, the user can increase their speed to its maximum, allowing them to cover large distances and even be used to evade certain attacks. The magic can wear its user out though, as afterward it takes them quite a good deal to recharge. [3 Post Cooldown]

Give Mach 6 a cooldown, 2-3 posts should be fine.
